Ingredients: (serves 4)
7 oz Ohanez grapes, halved
2 grapefruit, peeled, cut into segments
1 punnet strawberries, hulled, halved
4 passionfruit, pulp removed
2 cups low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Place grapes, grapefruit, strawberries and passionfruit in a large bowl. Toss well to combine. Set aside for 15 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.
Serve fruit salad with yoghurt.
